The year has swiftly passed since we revamped our management system.

During that year, the new management system has functioned smoothly with its new goals, such as strengthening inter-organizational cooperation, clarifying priority order for business, coping with environmental changes, and reinforcing the sales activity, etc., and I hope to exert a greater effect over this fiscal year.

We also renewed our management philosophy and vision in line with the changes made to the management system. We aim at the company that can contribute to the future into our philosophy and vision, creating an organization in which we enhanced a sense of unity and can show power in solidarity.

We will strive to improve the environment for the future by ensuring these management philosophy and vision take root throughout the company during this fiscal year.

We implemented organizational changes with a view towards further expansion of our business.
Firstly, we restructured the public financial business division and established an independent business division for the social security and medical fields, which demonstrate potential for future expansion, so that own proposals can be provided.
Secondly, we changed the Forensic Security Office, which previously handled information security business primarily for digital forensics technologies, into the Risk Consulting Division to provide consultation business for a wider range of IT risks than simply the aforementioned digital forensics areas.

The company is akin to an orchestra with the management as its conductor. We are going forward to eliciting the cries of "Bravo!" from our customers, shareholders, and all those who support us through close cooperation between board members and all of our staff.
